We’re a family-run, registered business proudly based in Ancaster, Ontario, Canada. What started in 2022 as a simple household hobby—making freeze-dried candy for ourselves—quickly turned into something we couldn’t keep to just us. We loved it so much, we knew we had to share it.

Since then, we’ve grown beyond freeze-dried treats and now offer a wide range of candy and snacks from both Canada and around the world. We offer bulk and wholesale also! 

That’s how Icebx (Icebox) was born.

We’re building more than just a shop—we’re creating a full-service dessert experience, featuring a unique selection of candy, snacks, locally made ice cream, and indulgent desserts you’ll keep coming back for.
